Congratulations!! This is such an exciting season! Start by choosing your ideal date or season, setting a comfortable budget, and booking your venue first! From there, prioritize the vendors who can only take one wedding per day — like photo, film, planner, makeup, hair stylist, and entertainment so your dream team is secured early!

We help guide you through this so your day feels peaceful, not overly scheduled, and still allows us to beautifully capture all the memories!

Photo and film preserve both how your day looked and how it felt! The best coverage depends on the story you want told. If you want everything from getting ready and details to your ceremony, portraits, reception, and exit, 7-8 hour coverage is usually best. We’ll help you think through your timeline so the most meaningful moments are beautifully preserved without feeling rushed!

Your details often tell a story all their own and my favorite part is knowing that these items often hold a significance only you and your husband truly appreciate. A story of who each of you are as a person, and how you come together on this day. You want to make sure you include everything in your details to tell the story of your lives and how they’re coming together!
Details are one of those things that may be last on your mind to think about, but they hold their very own important place on a wedding day, too! So let’s give them some thought!
Your wedding photos and film are one of the few keepsakes that will truly last forever. Long after the flowers have faded and the cake has been eaten, you’ll return to your photos and video to relive your vows, your laughter, and the little in-between moments you may have missed. We always joke that these physical memories are the only things you actually get to take home - aside from the husband of course! Before you know it, you're making your grand exit as husband and wife, the music's playing, and everyone’s cheering you on into the night. And almost every couple looks at me and says the same thing: "It went by so fast."

When you book us as your wedding day team we meet with you an advance to tailor your wedding day timeline to match all that you have planned! But here is a quick snapshot of what it could look like!

We usually start the day with all of your beautiful details captured in several variations of a styled flat lay. It helps to keep all the details including both the bride and groom’s ring in a box together neatly to ensure everything that’s special to you is included! Check out our blog post on details for ideas on what you should include!

We capture your final touches on hair and makeup, moments of you and your bridesmaids in your matching pj sets, and maybe popping a bottle of champagne or two with the girls before getting into your dress! We also capture the reading of any private letters or gifts at this time!

We capture your Groom getting suited up and some shots with the guys before the rest of the events of the day get started! We will also capture any private letters or gifts at this time!

Your first look with dad and anyone else who is important to you are captured in this sweet time before walking down the aisle! If we’re doing a first look with the bridesmaids we would capture them last and flow into bridesmaids group photos after! If we’re doing a first look with your Groom we’ll capture that and some couple photos after as well!

We recommend reserving the hour leading up to your ceremony for an opportunity to capture your reception details before guests arrive and for ample time to set up for the ceremony! Plus your guests will start arriving at this time and you want to make sure you’re tucked away and hidden so no one catches a glimpse before your grand entrance into the ceremony!

The moment you’ve been waiting for! We capture you walking down the aisle to your future in all its beautiful emotion and glory! This is the moment you become husband and wife!

After you say I do it’s time for a few formal photos! We collect a list of names from you before your wedding day to help this part of the day run as smoothly as possible and to make sure we include all of your loved ones! Then we’ll capture some fun photos of you and your bridal party, followed by some photos of just the two of you if we didn’t capture them before the ceremony!

Now it’s time to celebrate your new marriage with everyone! We capture you entering your reception and all the sweet moments of your special dances! After this we can take a break or move straight to the cake! That’s totally up to you!

After a short break we’ll be out on the dance floor with you, capturing you and your friends epic dance moves, your collage roommates catching the bouquets and garters, and all the money pinned to you during your money dances! This is a time to let loose and trust that we’re capturing all these special moments for you!

We usually recommend doing a fake exit while the majority of your guests are still there and celebrating with you! Plus this allows you to still have your exit included in your coverage time and then you can celebrate into the night without a care in the world except your new husband!
